Download the latest drivers from HP's official website:

3. Print a network configuration page from the control panel to see the IP address
4. On your computer: Settings > Devices > Add printer > Add printer using IP address
5. Enter the printer's IP address and install the driver when prompted

Issue: "Driver Not Found" Error

Solution: Uninstall the existing driver from Device Manager, restart your computer, then download and install the latest driver from support.hp.com as Administrator.

Issue: Printer Shows Offline

Solution: Check power and cables; ensure the printer and computer are on the same network. In Windows, right-click the printer under Settings > Printers & scanners and choose "Use printer online". Restart the print spooler if needed.
